Blending Tips: 1) Ensure the bottom blade is closed tightly on the cup before use. 2) Check if the gear of the bottom is loose or tight before use. If loose, tighten it. 3) Make sure the rubber gasket is snugly put into the bottom blade to avoid leakage. 4) Do not overfill the cup and avoid adding ingredients past the "Max" fill line. 5) Do not run the blender for more than 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating. 6) It is recommended to replace the ninja blender blade every 6 months.
